Nothing is Insurmountable...

I work with an integrative approach to counselling, which means that I combine more than one theoretical approach depending on the needs and issues of the individual client. This will include counselling, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and person centred counselling.

With acceptance, understanding, empathy and the ability to feel and relate, I guide my clients to discover and adopt a healthier, more positive and productive way to see and live their lives. Helping them to recognise and adopt a mind set that will address the problems they perceive. Together we solve and formulate methods to make better decisions and choose more appropriate options enabling them to enrich their lives, as well as helping them to find their own true selves.

All of my sessions include relaxation techniques. When hypnosis is applied, visualisations and images are brought into play to make the necessary changes. It is 100% safe and is a pleasurable experience which promotes internal healing.

Through the use of these techniques, issues like anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, phobias, insecurities, lack of self confidence, grief, guilt, eating issues, weight control etc are resolved and a healthy balance is restored allowing the individual to adopt a happier approach to life.
